Mitt Romney thinks there just might be something to this whole user generated content thing. Harvard Business School has never been prouder.

Hoping to capture some of the Hot for Obama buzz, and none of the actually voting for Hillary backlash, Romney is calling on supporters to create an official TV spot. The campaign will supply audio, clips and photos on its Web site, as well as links to a free multimedia editing platform.

Unfortunately, the campaign is not providing any clips of a skateboarding dog, so it’s unclear how motivated YouTube users will be.
